For many years I shared my work here — first as a brand strategist and visual artist for soul-led entrepreneurs, and later as an alternative health practitioner and mentor. That chapter was meaningful, but it is now complete.

I don’t know what will emerge next, or when. Only that whatever comes will be born, as always, from aliveness.

To those who have shared space with me — I offer my deepest gratitude.

You met me in spaces of depth, honesty, and exploration. You invited me into your lives, your questions, your tenderness, and your thresholds. That is not something I take lightly. Whatever form our time together took — a session, a container, a conversation — it mattered to me. You mattered to me.
