A Note Before You Scroll
These writings are not teachings. They are not prescriptions, frameworks, or truths to adopt.
They are reflections — fragments of a lived, unfolding human experience.
I write from within the moment, often with clarity, conviction, and strong language. But clarity is not authority, and conviction is not certainty. What you’ll find here is not something polished or perfected — it’s something in process.
I am not here as a practitioner, a guide, or an authority.
I am here as a human being.
Messy. Changing. Contradictory. Still learning.
If you choose to spend time in this space, I invite you to notice what arises in you as you read. Not just agreement or disagreement, but projection, resonance, discomfort, curiosity. Let these reflections be a mirror more than a map.
Take what feels true for you, if anything at all. Leave the rest.
And most of all — remember that whatever you meet here is not something to consume, but something to be in relationship with.
Including me.
