New to this work? Shamanic Healing Sessions offer a sacred way in — a place to begin, to reconnect, to receive.
This offering is designed as a threshold moment — for those in transition, in grief, in awakening… or simply ready to return to their essence. These sessions create space for clarity, integration, and healing, whether you're navigating something big or simply sensing the quiet call of something deeper.
Each session is a deeply transformative and personalized experience, drawing from a rich blend of ancient and modern practices to meet the unique needs of your soul.
Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Shamanism — one of the earliest forms of healing, dating back tens of thousands of years — this work is intuitively guided and Spirit-led. I weave together Shamanic ritual, Somatic immersion, and Tantric practices, depending on what the moment (and your energy) asks for.
No two sessions are the same. The medicine will meet you where you are.
We close each session with gentle reflection, allowing space to integrate insights and explore how to anchor what’s been received into your everyday life.

Independent Study: Each week, you’ll complete a one-hour at-home study that includes journaling, meditations, embodiment practices, and the integration of spiritual and healing techniques.
Daily Support: Receive next-level accountability and guidance through a dedicated messaging app, plus access to a wealth of resources to support your path to transformation. This includes access to online and in-person events and courses.
