It’s completely normal for us to have moments where we feel disconnected, unheard or unseen. This is part of the process of forging a relationship with Spirit… just as if we were forging a relationship with ourselves or another person. It simply ebbs and flows, rises and falls. This is the essence of life and the more we learn to merge with the impermanence… the mystery of it all, the more we actually feel One with Spirit. So allow. Lean in. Let go. 🍃
