Wild Woman Wellness is back!!

the season is changing 🍂 i was walking in the woods yesterday and couldn’t help but feel the trees beginning to pull their energy inward. then i remembered that by doing so, it decreases the chlorophyll in their leaves and returns them back to their original, vibrant shades; that it is only through a tree drawing inward that we are gifted its authenticity, its true colors. receiving this beautiful lesson, i smiled… then laughed because i must’ve looked like a total goofball to passing strangers 🤪
