I was asked to make this shareable so here you go loves ❤️ But i'm feeling like i should make a part 2 discussing ways in which we women tend to bypass this season altogether, stripping ourselves of the opportunity for greater clarity and wisdom that is more easefully available during our bleeding time. Unfortunately, it is often due to this repeated neglect that we find ourselves cycling through old stories and issues, again and again, never truly being born anew.
