As enrollment for Wild Woman Wellness closes today, I wanted to share a few things that feel important to me as I invite women into this work.
I've spent a lot of time over the years learning about the female body, exploring different practices, questioning what I'd been taught, and developing a relationship with my own health and wellbeing that looks quite different from the one I had ten years ago.
That journey has been deeply personal.
It's also been humbling.
The more I've learned, the more I've come to appreciate the complexity of our bodies and the importance of being discerning about the information we receive, the practices we try, and the people we allow to guide us.
And that's something I bring into Wild Woman Wellness.
This work draws from the knowledge I've gathered, the practices I've explored, and the perspectives that have shaped my own journey. It's an invitation to explore these subjects with greater curiosity, awareness, and intention, while making space for the fact that none of us experiences our bodies in quite the same way.
We'll explore anatomy and physiology, cyclical living, embodied awareness, sensuality, sacred sexuality, and the relationship between sexual and creative energy.
Some of the material may be familiar to you. Some of it may be entirely new.
You may encounter a practice that feels immediately meaningful, or one that doesn't resonate with you at all.
You may discover questions you hadn't thought to ask.
And you may find that your relationship with certain parts of yourself changes as you learn more about them.
There's no single way you're supposed to move through this experience, and no particular outcome you need to arrive at.
Your body has its own history. Your experiences, needs, boundaries, and circumstances are your own. What feels useful to one woman may not be right for another.
I want you to feel free to bring all of that with you into this work.
To ask questions.
To move at your own pace.
To leave something aside if it doesn't feel appropriate for you.
To take what resonates, remain curious about what doesn't, and recognize when something calls for the support of a qualified professional.
For me, part of learning to have a deeper relationship with ourselves is learning to listen more closely, ask better questions, and become more discerning about what we take in. It's about building trust in our own experience while remaining open to learning, new perspectives, and support when we need it.
That's the spirit in which I share this work.
I don't want you to come to Wild Woman Wellness looking for someone else to tell you who you are, how to feel, or what your body is signaling.
I want to offer you resources that can help you become more informed, more curious, and more engaged in your own relationship with yourself.
That's the intention behind the weekly one-on-one check-ins, too. They offer space to reflect on your experience of the material, ask questions, and receive support as you move through the journey.
This offering has been over ten years in the making, and I care deeply about sharing it in a way that honors both what I've learned and what I'm still discovering.
Enrollment closes tonight, October 25.
If the work feels aligned with what you're looking for, I'd love to welcome you.

And if this isn't the right time or the right fit, perfect.
Thank you for being here, for reading my words, and for allowing me to share a little of what I've been learning along the way.
