*Meditation, Mantra and Mudra is a devotional meditation practice, where practitioners are guided into approximately 30-minutes of meditation, accompanied by a mantra and mudra that is supportive of the collective energy. Please be sure to arrive with everything you need for comfort (yoga mat, bolster, blankets, pillows, water, etc.). Also, please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to give yourself ample time to park, use restroom (if needed) and make your way to the beach strand. Event is donation based. Cash or Venmo accepted.
